Product Manager (POSSAP)

Role Summary

The Product Manager will lead the development and management of the Police Specialised Services Automation Project (POSSAP), a platform designed to automate services such as Police Character Certificates, Escort and Guard Services, Tinted Glass Permits, and Firearm Licensing.

Key Responsibilities

•Define product strategy, vision, and roadmap.

•Collaborate with the Nigeria Police Force and stakeholders to gather requirements.

•Coordinate cross functional teams for product development.

•Oversee product deployment and improvements.

•Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.

•Minimum of 3 years experience in Product Management, preferably in digital platforms or government projects.

•Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
